PSSR

The Group sends out a team of oil and gas specialists to carry out PSSR, made up of a lead reviewer, a senior process engineer, a senior instrument engineer, an HSE engineer and on some occasions a production technician. During the site visit the team uses the company checklist to ensure that all aspects of plant integrity are addressed.

The Group’s PSSR teams ensure that:

1. Both construction and installation of equipment meet the design specification;

2. Standard safety procedures are in place to ensure safe process operation;

3. All recommendations for modified processes have been resolved prior to start-up;

4. Training of each employee in the operating process has been completed; and

5. The maintenance procedure has been updated for safe operation.
